Upload Directions:

2. Upload an original father-child photo (color or black and white). Photos may be the product of parents or relatives of the child, or the work of a professional photographer. Only photos submitted following the directions will be considered.
3. Make sure to add a name or initials, and caption for each photo you upload.

Official Rules:
1. To enter, contestants must submit at least one father-child photograph. Any entrant may enter multiple photographs for photo contest consideration.
2. Entries must be digital files and contestants must follow the instructions for posting to the website. Entries will not be accepted through e-mail or postal mail.
3. Contest is open to amateurs and pros.
4. Entrant must be the parent or legal guardian of primary child featured in the submitted photo and must be 18 years of age or older. Entrant represents and warrants that the submitted photograph is an original, non-published work that does not infringe any privacy, intellectual property or other rights of any third parties, and that the entrant either owns or has rights to convey any and all right and title in the submitted photo, or, in the case of a professional photographer, will obtain such rights upon request.
5. All photo contest entrants (including those whose entries are not winning or finalist photographs), by entering the contest, grant Modern Kid Stuff a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free copyright license to publish their submitted photos.

Notice To Entrants:
1. By entering and/or accepting a prize, contestants release and agree to hold harmless Modern Kid Stuff, from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including death, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this contest.
By entering this contest, you agree to allow Modern Kid Stuff to use your name and images in connection with web posting of your entry and for promotional purposes (except where prohibited), without review, notification, or approval.
2. Modern Kid Stuff, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the posting process, the operation of the website, or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. Modern Kid Stuff further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it is not capable of completion as planned due to, for example, infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. In no event will Modern Kid Stuff be responsible for any damages or losses arising out of access to and use of the websites or the downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from said site. Modern Kid Stuff is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.
3. One Grand Prize winner will be chosen by popular vote. Decisions are final and may not be appealed. Parents/guardians of the winner will be notified by e-mail by June 20, 2010. If Grand Prize winner is unreachable, or if prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the prize will be deemed forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. The contest is subject to all local, state, and federal regulations.
